I think it is a travel. He gathers the ball, stops then takes another step. The legal way would be gather ball, take step and shoot in one motion. If you do the stop after the gather, you have to shoot not take another step.

Ok, besides his travels on the triple threat which I know for sure are illegal. I will clarify the step-through which I have falsely claimed to be travel for any who were taught like me. If you put it down again that means you have pivoted with the other foot. Consider a normal layup: You gather the ball and take one step with your left foot, that is now your pivot, you then lift it up and take another with your right, if the rules were not this way that would be a travel." I never really was a dude to break down film, but looking back now, Dirk's signature fade exploited the same rule. Growing up everyone taught me that raising the established pivot foot was taboo, but now fuck all.
