Seriously though! Recently I made about 700 in one day, which I've never done before, the day after I made about 500, same for the next day after that. That fourth day, I played one on one, and pickups. It felt like all I had to do was have some space, get the ball in position, and complete the shooting motion. It becomes so easy when you practice, you don't even think about it anymore! You have to try to miss at that point!

Hey AJ, I've only started playing basketball for the past year and I've only just started taking it a bit more seriously as I want to become a better hooper. I don't have a coach, so I am trying to improve my form based on Youtube videos I watch. I want to become a good, consistent shooter. What would be a good training method for me to practice shooting besides taking 100-500 made shots? E.g. would I do 100 made shots from 5 different positions, do I practice form shots/free throws before I start counting my "made shots" ? I'm just not sure where to start and how to train efficiently and effectively since I've never had a basketball coach/never played properly in a team (usually just play pick up games outdoor). I'd appreciate any advice and keep up the good content :)

Dont steal someone's form you got to shoot what is comfortable.
